The RAS Travel Grants, as part of the RAS Member Support Program, will provide additional funding to selected RAS student members to make travel to the conference more affordable.
We welcome Travel Grant requests from IEEE RAS members who are
either authors or members of a minority group or from an underdeveloped country.
RAS Travel Grant
Thanks to the generous support of the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society, applications for travel support to the conference are invited. To be eligible, an applicant must be in one of the following categories:
1. Student members of IEEE Robotics and Automation Society with accepted papers or extended abstracts/videos.
2. Members of IEEE Robotics and Automation Society with accepted papers or extended abstracts/videos
3. Members of IEEE Robotics and Automation Society that are part of a minority group or from developing countries as determined by the Developing Country Listing.

To complete an application, an applicant will be asked to provide basic information about themselves and their accepted paper(s) or extended abstracts/videos.
Applications are reviewed on a competitive basis. In order to claim the travel grant – typically in the range of US$500 to US$750 – recipients must provide proof of attendance (registration).
